Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
• 3-Day Love It or Exchange It
Customers have three (3) days from the purchase date to exchange the laptop if they are not satisfied.
• 3-Month General Warranty (Hardware & Software)
Covers hardware and software-related functional issues, including battery, speakers, RAM, SSD, Wi-Fi card, CPU, GPU, operating system issues, and all internal components.
• 1-Year Motherboard Warranty
The motherboard is covered for twelve (12) months against manufacturing or functional defects.
• Software and Virus Policy
Software-related issues are covered.
Viruses, malware, or system corruption caused by unsafe downloads, sketchy websites, or infected external devices are considered bad usage and are not covered.
• Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
• Electrical shocks
• Physical damage or breakage
• Liquid or water damage
• Dirt, misuse, or bad usage
• Any worsening of the laptop’s condition
• Scratches or cosmetic damage
• Keyboard, trackpad, screen, touch display, or pen (if available)
These components are fully tested before sale, and post-purchase damage cannot be verified and they are only guaranteed for a 3 days trial period 
• Third-Party Repairs
The warranty is void if the laptop is opened, modified, or repaired by any third party.
• Accessories
Chargers, cables, and all accessories are not covered under warranty and are non-refundable and they are only guaranteed for a days warranty for testing.

• Refund Requests (valid cases: within 3 days and the laptop has a functional problem or defect)
Refund requests require up to seven (3) days.
The laptop must be left with our maintenance team for inspection.
A refund is issued only if a major functional defect is confirmed from our end.
• 3-Day Trial Refund ( Change-of-Mind Cases)
If a customer requests a refund within the three (3) day trial period and the case does not qualify under warranty, twenty percent (20%)of the laptop price will be deducted
This applies even if the laptop was purchased on the same day.
The refund applies to the laptop only. Accessories are not refundable.
• Agreement
By purchasing and signing, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions, Warranty, and Refund Policies.
