Every repair starts with a full diagnosis, and we always confirm the issue and cost before proceeding. We also give honest advice before repairing your device. If the cost of repair doesn’t make sense compared to the value of the laptop, we’ll tell you straight.

My laptop won’t boot. What should I do?

Don’t worry if your laptop won’t boot — it might be something simple like the charger, cable, or even the plug at home. Bring it in and we’ll test it on-site and figure it out quickly.

My laptop is very slow. Can it be fixed?

Yes. In most cases it’s either storage (HDD), low RAM, overheating, or background software issues. An SSD upgrade or system cleanup usually fixes it instantly.

My laptop is overheating and the fan is loud. Is that serious?

Yes, it should be checked. Usually it’s caused by dust buildup or dried thermal paste. We clean the cooling system and reapply thermal paste if needed.

Do I lose my files during repair?
